Concept Project

“I am always doing what I cannot do yet,

in order to learn how to do it.”

VINCENT VAN GOGH

Email newsletters tend to get the highest ROI, increase brand loyalty, and drive traffic. When done right, this digital marketing tool can provide customers the connection they want with a brand they like.

The Result

To practice “… doing what I cannot do yet, in order to learn how to do it,” I searched for a newsletter in need of a makeover. The perfect candidate was sitting in my inbox. After assessing the newsletter’s areas of opportunity, I built a strategy to:

  1. Define the top marketing objective.

  2. Refine the content so that it is relevant to the target audience.

  3. Declutter and develop a responsive template design.

  4. Convert each call-to-action into a button.

  5. Focus the lead-in to pique curiosity and encourage engagement.
